Evaluating UXR: Questions Skeptical Visitors Should Ask
Skepticism is appropriate for any project that proposes to collect evidence, publish findings, rate institutions, or influence public choices.
UXR should not ask for trust without inspection.
What Is UXR Right Now?
UXR is an early-stage public-interest framework under construction with a bounded public case pilot now operating. It has no employees, investors, managers, staffed broad public intake service, or operational Blue Score system.
Its published work now includes constitutional, governance, methodological, taxonomic, example, onboarding, and public case records. The live Cases registry provides a place to inspect how some of the framework behaves when applied to real incidents.
Questions Worth Asking
- Who controls UXR?
- Who funds it now, and who may fund it later?
- Can an institution buy influence, delay, suppression, or a better score?
- How does UXR distinguish evidence from allegation?
- How does it separate outcome, mechanism, cause, intent, and moral judgment?
- Do the live cases preserve those distinctions under pressure?
- How can contributors and institutions correct errors?
- How will UXR resist brigading, astroturfing, and metric gaming?
- How will it evaluate itself?
- What remains unfinished or untested?
- What would falsify or force revision of a UXR claim?

How to Help
Identify contradictions, unsupported assumptions, hidden political commitments, governance weaknesses, excluded populations, measurement incentives, places where a public case overreaches its evidence, and ways UXR could reproduce the burdens it intends to examine.
The project is moving quickly. Reviewers are also invited to identify which missing capability, safeguard, test, or domain should receive priority next.
