Share an Experience with HXR

Something worked well. Something caused difficulty. Something changed. All of it can be useful.

Human Experience Reform (HXR) documents how people experience companies, products, services, institutions, and other systems. A specific experience can help others understand what to expect, recognize an effective practice, or see what needs to improve.

Open the submission form

The short form opens on Jotform. Enter your email and tell us what happened. Screenshots and two quick choices are optional. No HXR account is required.

Add to an existing Evaluation or share a new topic

An Evaluation is a continuing record about a specific question, practice, or experience. It can change as new evidence, company responses, corrections, or improvements arrive.

To add to one you have read, include its number or link in your submission. To share something different, describe it in your own words. You do not need to search the library first, choose a case type, or write a formal complaint.

Experiences that support, challenge, or correct an existing finding are all welcome. Positive experiences and successful resolutions matter just as much as problems.

What happens after you send it

Share your experience once. We handle reviewing it and connecting it to the right Evaluation, or developing a new topic.

By submitting, you’re sharing your experience for HXR’s public record. We may publish your experience and relevant screenshots with personal details removed. Your email stays private. We may contact you for clarification or updates.

Share what you already have

Tell us who or what the experience concerns, what you were trying to do, what happened, and what happened afterward. Approximate dates, the website or contact channel, reference information, and any effect on you are helpful when known. A short description is enough to begin; supporting files are optional.

Before uploading, remove passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, and unnecessary personal or confidential information. Do not upload sensitive evidence just to make your submission look complete. Describe what exists instead.

Your contact details are for clarification and updates about your submission, not a marketing signup. We keep original files private and remove personal details from any screenshots we publish.

About HXR

HXR is a developing public record and reform framework, not the support department of any company being evaluated. Company explanations, good responses, corrections, and verified improvements belong in the record alongside the original experience.
