UXR Roadmap

The current UXR development stages, including the bounded live case pilot, active case architecture, public review, and work that remains non-operational.

This roadmap explains what UXR is building, what is already operating in bounded form, what has been published for criticism, and what remains non-operational.

Status labels describe development state, not final truth. Published for Review means the material exists publicly and remains open to revision. Active Pilot means a bounded capability is being used in real case work without implying large-scale validation.

1. Constitutional Foundation

Status: Published for Review

Purpose, human agency, universal scope, civilizational stewardship, burden transfer, accountability, and independence.

2. Public Vocabulary and Examples

Status: Under Active Revision

Taxonomy, examples, audience doorways, and plain-language explanations continue to change as reviewers and live cases expose ambiguity.

3. Public Review and Participation

Status: Active

Invite criticism, domain knowledge, lived experience, organizational perspective, scientific review, governance analysis, and direct examination of the public case pilot.

4. Funding and Organizational Formation

Status: Exploration Required

Identify lawful and independence-preserving funding paths, governance structures, staffing needs, partnerships, and operational safeguards.

5. Intake and Contributor Continuity

Status: Partially Operational / Under Development

A bounded contributor-to-case workflow now exists and has produced live public cases. Broad self-service public intake, staffing, mature privacy controls, and large-scale continuity infrastructure do not yet exist.

6. Case Development and Reform Pursuit

Status: Active Pilot

Bounded cases are now being developed and published with evidence boundaries, independent resolution layers, related-incident structure, case updates, and reform tracking. Institutional response, correction, escalation, verification, and long-duration monitoring still require broader testing.

7. Blue Scores and Comparisons

Status: Research Stage

Develop category measures, anti-gaming safeguards, confidence display, appeals, versioning, and public comparison tools. No operational Blue Score is currently issued.

8. Pilot Operations

Status: Limited Pilot Underway

UXR is now testing real case architecture and publication through a bounded public case pilot. The purpose is to expose failures in the method, publication model, routing, status tracking, and reform lifecycle before broad deployment.

What the Pilot Does Not Prove

A working case registry does not establish that UXR has a validated universal scoring instrument, a representative evidence corpus, a mature intake institution, or a scientifically validated measurement system. The pilot proves that some previously planned machinery now exists and can be tested.

What UXR Needs Now

  • Reviewers willing to inspect the live cases as well as the theory
  • Critical review from researchers and practitioners
  • People willing to test definitions, boundaries, and publication decisions
  • Exploration of funding and governance paths
  • Continued testing of intake, reform, verification, and correction processes

This roadmap is intended to change as the project changes. If a reviewer sees a capability, safeguard, test, or domain that should move forward sooner, UXR wants that criticism.
