West Virginia Spay and Neuter Assistance Program (WVSNP) - Grantee List
Spay and neuter
State program run by the WV Department of Agriculture and funded by pet food registration fees; it grants money to local humane groups, rescues and governments that pay for spay/neuter plus a rabies shot for owners' pets. The program does not work with individuals, so you contact a grantee on the list for your county (it lists address, counties served and phone).
