UXR: Current Project Status

Private Alpha continues after completion of the platform migration. Core structured data, intake, evidence/evaluation, governance, documentation, and controlled public projection are operational on the new canonical architecture; record-level post-migration reconciliation and validation continue.

Version 1.2Public revision 4Last substantive revision August 14, 2026

Current stage: Private Alpha. Limited real-world submissions are open. They may be serious, casual, positive, negative, or mixed.

Intake is not publication. Submission does not create an automatic public case or authorize automatic public release; privacy, provenance, release review, and human approval remain separate.

Regression status: failed baseline. The first 12-fixture manual run produced eight passes and four failures. It was single-grader, self-graded, and sequential, and no executable publication broker was in the decision path.

Architecture response. UXR froze v1 before remediation, added candidate/source-resolution records and a no-manufactured-attribution invariant, made linked result rows authoritative, added idempotent write identity, and drafted successor coverage without changing v1.

Current limit. Broker enforcement has not been validated. Frozen v1 must be rerun unchanged, successor coverage must run, and grader agreement must be measured before automated scoring becomes authoritative.

Platform Migration Milestone

Platform migration completed. UXR's core structured data, documentation, intake workbench, evidence and evaluation graph, governance controls, and publication workflow now operate on the new canonical architecture.

Controlled public projection is operational. Public-facing documentation is generated from approved canonical records through a deliberately limited projection boundary. Publication status, privacy, provenance, deterministic change detection, write/readback verification, and release controls remain separate from canonical editing.

Private and public records remain separated. Canonical evidence, contributor-sensitive material, internal workbench records, private notes, and non-public governance data are not part of the public documentation projection merely because the underlying canonical record exists.

Post-migration validation continues. Structural migration and publication cutover are complete, but migration completion is not the same as record-by-record semantic reconciliation. Some migrated cases, evaluations, evidence records, and related edges remain explicitly marked as imported until their final canonical verification pass is completed. UXR preserves that distinction rather than silently promoting migrated data.

Current development boundary. UXR remains in Private Alpha. Intake is not automatic publication, public release remains fail-closed, and scoring or other automated conclusions remain subject to the applicable regression, semantic-review, privacy, and human-approval controls.
