Printful Contact Form: Submission-Outcome Integrity and Duplicate-Submission Prevention
After a completed Printful contact form was submitted, a brief green message said the submission was received. At the same time, the form cleared the message and left a persistent red error saying the Message field was required. The user reasonably interpreted the persistent error as failure and submitted the same intended message several times. A support form must help people decide whether to stop, retry, or recover. Contradictory success and failure signals can manufacture duplicate requests, waste support capacity, and make users responsible for guessing what the system actually did.
