UXR Documentation

Why You Are Reading Documents Instead of Using UXR

Why UXR still foregrounds its public foundation while a bounded live case workflow and public case registry are now operating.

UXR is being built in public.

You may have expected to find a mature intake institution, a large searchable case database, Blue Scores, or comparison tools. Those systems do not yet exist at scale.

What now exists is more than documentation alone: UXR has a bounded operational case workflow and a public Cases registry with live published case records. The constitutional, governance, scientific, and methodological foundation still comes first because the operating machinery must remain answerable to it.

Why the Foundation Comes First

A public system that receives accusations, evaluates evidence, publishes findings, and may eventually rate institutions needs consistent definitions, correction rights, anti-capture rules, confidence standards, participation safeguards, and transparent limits before it receives broad operational authority.

UXR published those foundations early so researchers, practitioners, critics, organizations, contributors, and affected people could challenge them before they hardened into software, policy, scoring, or institutional power. The current case pilot now tests parts of that architecture against real work.

What Exists Now

  • Published constitutional and philosophical principles
  • Governance and independence rules
  • A developing taxonomy
  • Evidence, severity, participation, intake, and continuity principles
  • An operational structured case architecture used in bounded case work
  • A public Cases registry with live published case records
  • Case-boundary, related-incident, publication, status, and resolution-layer workflows under active testing
  • Public invitations for criticism and contribution

What Does Not Exist Yet

  • A broad staffed public intake service
  • A large or representative verified case corpus
  • Operational Blue Scores or company comparisons
  • A completed funding, staffing, legal, or governance infrastructure
  • Large-scale validated operations

Why This Stage Matters

The current stage is no longer only preparation for evidence. UXR is now using real cases to test how evidence should be bounded, preserved, interpreted, corrected, published, and followed through resolution. That still does not make a small pilot a validated universal instrument.
