Production and delivery

Our made-to-order merchandise, including fundraiser products, is produced for your order. Allow 8 business days for production and handling, plus shipping transit time.

Shipping transit begins after your order is dispatched. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping method. Please consider both production and transit time when planning an arrival date. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping options and charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Expedited shipping, when available, applies to transit time and does not shorten the production and handling period.

Read the shipping policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us through our contact form or (626) 498-0417. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Customized products, such as items with personalized text or original designs, cannot be returned for a change of mind. You may still request a size exchange as described below. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
If you ordered the wrong size, you can start an exchange by contacting us at (626) 498-0417 or our contact form. For made-to-order items, an exchange may require producing a new item. We will explain the exchange process and quote any replacement-production or shipping charges for your agreement before proceeding. Requesting an exchange does not authorize an additional charge. If an item is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, use the damages and issues process above.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order, preferably within twelve hours after placing it. We will check whether production or fulfillment has started. The twelve-hour request window does not guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled; fulfillment may begin earlier. Once fulfillment begins, changes and cancellation may no longer be available. We will confirm the outcome of your request and any applicable refund.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Fundraiser merchandise

Fundraiser merchandise purchases follow this return, exchange and cancellation policy. Any effect on the organizer's earnings is handled under the campaign's agreed terms. Sending a fundraiser inquiry does not place an order or create a payment obligation.
