Yesterday and Today

About

A Capitol Records US compilation drawing from the UK Help!, Rubber Soul, and Revolver albums along with three tracks pulled from Revolver before its American release. Infamous for its original butcher cover — John, Paul, George, and Ringo posed with raw meat and dismembered baby dolls — which was hastily pasted over after retailer backlash.
