VetBilling helps participating veterinary practices offer installment payment plans. It handles the payment administration while your clinic decides whether to offer a plan and sets its terms. This can give you a way to spread a veterinary bill over time.

How to get started
- Ask your current clinic whether it participates. You cannot set up a treatment payment plan independently through VetBilling’s website.
- Request the terms in writing: deposit, payment dates, total repayment amount, any fees, and what happens if a payment is missed.
- If the clinic approves a plan, it can send you a secure enrollment link. VetBilling then processes and tracks the scheduled payments.

The directory is optional for practices, so it does not include every participating clinic. Ask your own clinic even if it is not listed. A listing does not guarantee an appointment or plan approval, particularly for a new client. The directory page also has a form to recommend a veterinarian.
What to confirm before agreeing
VetBilling describes its payment plans as interest-free. Ask your clinic about all charges and repayment requirements before enrolling. The platform does not require every practice to run a credit check; individual practices may use an optional soft credit check or require two payment methods.
VetBilling also supports wellness-plan payments, prepayment programs and pet savings accounts for participating practices. Ask your clinic which arrangements it actually offers and what each covers.
