Production and delivery

Every order is printed for you. Most designs take 8 business days to print and pack, plus shipping time. Designs we print ourselves in Covina take 3 to 5 business days, plus shipping time. Fundraiser products follow the same timing.

Shipping transit begins after your order is dispatched. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping method. Please consider both production and transit time when planning an arrival date. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping options and charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Expedited shipping, when available, applies to transit time and does not shorten the production and handling period.

Returns & exchanges

Wrong size? We'll swap it free. If your shirt doesn't fit, message us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you the right size at no charge. Each item gets one free size exchange. The item should be unworn and unwashed. We'll email you a prepaid label for the original, and your new size ships free.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item? Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.

Returns for a refund. Every shirt is printed just for you, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. If something isn't right, talk to us first. We almost always find a fix.

How to start. Use our contact form, the chat on our site, or call or text (626) 498-0417. Include your order number and what you need.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to post it. There is no restocking fee.

Cancellations. Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 12 hours. Once your order is in production we may not be able to change it, but we'll tell you right away either way.

Fundraiser merchandise. Fundraiser items follow this same policy. Any effect on the organizer's earnings is handled under the campaign's agreed terms.
