Team Ella Supporter - Hoodie

Production and delivery

Every order is printed for you. Most designs take up to 8 business days to print and pack, plus shipping time. Designs we print ourselves in Covina take 3 to 5 business days, plus shipping time. Fundraiser products follow the same timing.

Shipping transit begins after your order is dispatched. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping method. Please consider both production and transit time when planning an arrival date. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

US shipping rates

Standard US shipping is $5.35 for one tee or tank. Orders with $75 or more of Minty Tees original designs ship free in the US. Partner, artist, client and fundraiser designs don't count toward the $75. Rates for other combinations and destinations are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping options and charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Expedited shipping, when available, applies to transit time and does not shorten the production and handling period.

If you need an item for a particular date, contact our contact form or text (626) 498-0417 before ordering so we can discuss the timing.

Read the shipping policy

Every Minty Tees item is printed to order, just for you. That keeps waste down and lets us carry hundreds of designs, but it also means we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size you chose.

Choosing your size. Every product page has a size guide with measurements taken flat. Compare it with a shirt you already own, and text us at (626) 498-0417 before ordering if you're between sizes. We can't exchange or refund a shirt because the size you picked doesn't fit.

Wrong, damaged or misprinted items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered (a different design, color or size than what's on your order), contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll replace it free or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back. We can't help after 14 days or with normal wear and tear.

Returns. If we ever ask for an item back, return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Lost or late packages. If tracking stops moving or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, text us with your order number and we'll track it down with the carrier.

Cancellations. Contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has gone into production we can't change or cancel it.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to post it.

How to reach us. Text (626) 498-0417 or use our contact form. Include your order number and a photo if something's wrong.

Fundraiser merchandise. Fundraiser items follow this same policy. Each item's share is paid to the fundraiser's family 14 days after the order is delivered, once the window above has closed. If an order is refunded, its share isn't paid. A replacement doesn't change the family's share.
