Project Scope: Ongoing client work over at least five years, as reported by Sean.

Seizmic is a Covina material handling services company and a longtime Minty Tees customer. Their repeat orders include company graphics on customer-supplied safety vests, welding jackets, shirts, and other workwear.

Small Batches and Larger Orders

Typical batches range from five or ten garments to thirty or fifty. Larger orders sometimes exceed one hundred garments, with advance notice allowing Minty Tees to prepare.

Sizing Each Logo to the Actual Garment

Different vest models provide different usable print areas. Some have seven or eight inches of available space; others have twelve. A smaller pocket can require a three-inch print where a four-inch graphic will not fit. The garment is measured before the artwork is sized.

Finalized company logos are kept together in one Adobe Illustrator file. Savannah supplies the logo assignments by text, and Sean sends a picture of the graphics for confirmation before printing and pressing.

Flexible Local Handoffs

Blank garments can be handed over directly or placed in Minty’s designated drop-off cabinet. Completed orders can be collected from the cabinet around the clock, making pickup and drop-off practical before work, after work, or during the day.

The Story Behind the Orders
