- Timing: Ask for an arrival estimate that includes approval and processing, not just shipping. Check with your veterinary team if you might run out before delivery.
- Total cost: Match the prescribed product, strength, form and quantity. Include shipping and tax, and check product exclusions, savings caps and new-customer restrictions.
- Recurring orders: AutoShip involves repeat charges. Check the ordinary repeat-order cost and cancellation deadline; an order already processing may not be stoppable.
