Where Should I Start With HXR?

Audience-specific reading paths into HXR Evaluations, successful and difficult experiences, human agency, organizational learning, research, and participation, with current service limits.

HXR publishes Evaluations supported by Incident Cases and other evidence, alongside its principles, methods, examples, and development notes. You can explore a successful practice, understand a difficult experience, compare evidence, or help develop the project. You do not need to read everything in the same order.

Choose the path that best matches why you are here. Each doorway leads into the same framework from a different starting point.

I Want to See What HXR Publishes

Browse Evaluations. An Evaluation brings evidence together about a defined subject; linked Incident Cases preserve the bounded experiences that inform it. Read the findings, strengths, limits, counterexamples, organization responses, and updates.

I Experienced Something That Worked Well

Good experiences can reveal practices worth preserving and sharing. Explore a relevant Evaluation or visit Share an experience to describe what happened, what you were trying to accomplish, and what helped. Evidence of benefits to the organization is useful too, when available. A successful experience is welcome even when it did not begin with a complaint or require a reform.

Participation uses the same evidence and publication safeguards as other experiences and remains subject to the pilot's current capacity.

I Am Trying to Accomplish Something Right Now, and the System Is Blocking Me

HXR does not yet provide live case intervention, emergency assistance, or direct resolution services.

It may still help you identify the type of burden you are facing, understand which system controls the next step, find relevant examples or resolution knowledge, and prepare a clearer record of what happened.

If you are facing an immediate medical, legal, safety, housing, or other time-sensitive crisis, use the appropriate emergency, regulatory, professional, or public-service channel first.

If the normal process is sending you in circles, read What HXR Adds When the Normal Process Reaches a Dead End. Relevant Evaluations, evidence-bounded resolution knowledge, and durable records can help preserve the objective and what happened next. HXR cannot compel an institution to act; Private Alpha capacity remains limited, and not every intended function is available at broad public scale.
